Order Process

Shop online at KEJeweler.com is simple and convenient. There is no need to create account with us. Simply browse through our online catalog, add to cart the items you would like to purchase, and click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the upper left menu to proceed to check out page.

Order Minimum

The minimum order is USD $100 dollars.

Return & Refund Policy

KEJeweler.com will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customers if the product is delivered with one of the following 2 conditions.

1. Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 5 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product, and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).

2. Defective items - For defective items, please notify us within 5 business days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product back to us. After we have received the returned items, have examined, and have confirmed the defective items, we will, based on your request, either issue a refund or send out a replacement to you.

NO Returns will be accepted for the following condition:

We cannot accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. No returns will be accepted simply because the looks or quality of the product is not to the customer's liking. No refund or credit will be issued after 5 working days after the order is delivered.

Method of Payments

We accept credit card order over the phone, wire transfer (instruction will be give via e-mail confirmation), Paypal, checks (payable to Kristen Eternity, Inc.), or you can fax your order, along with your credit card info to us. If you submit a check payment, please wait for 5 to 7 business days to clear before we ship out the order.

Shipping

For smaller packages we ship by USPS. For larger parcels, we use UPS Ground. Express delivery is also available if requested, but the charge will be extra.

We only ship to United States and Canada. We do not accept international orders outside of US & Canada. We also do not ship to Puerto Rico.
