Order Process
Shop online at KEJeweler.com is simple and convenient. Minimum order is $100 dollars. Customes can proceed to checkout without registering an account, although it is recommended if you want to keep track of your order history. Simply browse through our online catalog, add to cart the items you would like to purchase, and click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the upper left menu to proceed to check out page.
Shipping Address
Certain carriers, such as UPS does not deliver to PO Box. Please provide regular street address. We prepare shipping label based on exactly what customers provide to us, so please verify your input when filling out the address information.
For internatinal customers needing the package to be delivered to a freight forwarder, please indicate your ID or account number with the freight forward.
How to you charge for shipping?
Shipping charge is based on weight and distance. Our online system will calculate it during the checkout process.
I received defective items
Please contact us within one month from the date when you received the order. We will provided a refund on the damaged item or send a replacment at no extra cost. No claim will be accepted after 1 month period.
What is a PU or PVC?
PU (which stands for Polyurethane) and PVC (which stands for Polyvinyl chloride) are basically common synthetic leather made to feel, look, and display properties similar to genuine leather. It is widely used to make shoes, handbags, furniture, luggage, etc.
Stolen or Lost Package
It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the site of destination to receive the package when the package is delivered. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Can I save an order and submit at a later date?
Please don't delay submitting your order. All orders are processed first come first serve. Saving an incomplete order does not reserve the items you want. If you save incomplete order and submit at later date, many items on your order might be already sold out.
How long will it take to process and receive my order?
We usually process and ship out orders within 24 hours. We have 2 shipping methods: UPS and US Priority Mail. For small packages we ship via priority. Standard shipping does not come with signature required service. If customer needs it, please be sure to instruct us during checkout at the comment section. Signature required service will cost $5 more on top of standard shipping. US priority mail takes an average of 3 business days to deliver across the United States. For larger parcels, we have to ship via UPS. Please refer to the following UPS ground map:

We are based in the Los Angeles area, California. Therefore, depending on which state, it may take 1 business day to 6 business days for UPS to deliver. Note, however, that international shipping to destinations outside of the United States will take 10 ~ 14 business days, not counting weekends.
Holiday season rush altert! Please note, all parcel carriers will experience slight delay on delivery during major seasonal holidays such as Christmas. Please anticipate delay during holiday season and be sure to order in advance. A rule of thumb is to order 2 weeks prior to your actual needing the merchandises on and after the 3rd weekend in November.
Method of Payments
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Master, Discover, AMEX. COD (cash on delivery) is not accepted.
Are listed items available in stock?
Items displayed online should be in stock. When items are out of stock, we will delist them. But due to high volume and quick turnover, certain items may be short of quantity or no longer be available. Normally we can fulfill 90 ~ 100% of the order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If order must be returned, there will be a %15 restocking fee. Please notify us by phone within 3 business days upon receiving the package. Instructions will be given. All returning items must be in their original packages. Poorly packed items will reult your return request to decline. Customers are responsible for the returning postage.
Can I change my delivery address even when my package is already on the way?
It can be done if the package is sent by UPS. However, UPS charges $11 for change of address during mid of transit.
Do you have printed catalog? Can you send a copy to me?
We don't have printed catalog. The product details are all posted on this website for customer access at any time. It is quick and convenient.
