For international customers outside of the United States and Canada, please read the following policies.

The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is for US domestic customers only. For customers outside of US are international. We will send you notice regarding shipping charge first.

1. Require image copy of credit card:

Due to frequent foreign credit card frauds, we require that all international customers from outside of the United States and Canada to submit

This is a security measurement to verify your identity

Once you submit the order online. Please email or fax the photo images to us. Our email and fax are listed on our website under General Info - “Contact Us” http://www.kejeweler.com/contact_us.php

Please email and notify us that you have submitted the required documents. We will reply to confirm if we receive the information or not. Once we verify your identity, your sensitive information will be erased immediately to protect you.

2.  International shipping fee:

When submitting orders online, the shipping charge that you see is for domestic United States and Canada customers only.  The international shipping fee varies depending on the weight of the package and destination.  We will notify you the correct shipping fee and ask for your approval once we calculate the cost of shipping.  We will then process your order immediately if you accept.  Should you decide to cancel the order due to high shipping cost, we will delete your account information to protect your identity.

If you do not agree to the above policy, please do not submit your order. We cannot process your credit card without verifying your identity first. We apologize for such inconvenience. This policy is very important to protect both customers and merchants.

3. Wire Transfer

Alternatively, we accept wire transfer. For orders over USD $500, we can accept wire transfer. But please note banks charge service fee for using wire transfer. Feel free to ask us about it via email after you submit the order.

For international amount larger than USD $2,000, we might request bank wire transfer directly.

** Depending on our discretion, we reserve the right to decline any international orders.  If your order is declined, your personal information will be erased from our database to protect your identity.
