Order Process
Shop online at KEJeweler.com is simple and convenient. There is no need to create account in order to shop, although it is recommended if you want to keep track of your order history. Simply browse through our online catalog, add to cart the items you would like to purchase, and click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the upper left menu to proceed to check out page.
Order Minimum
We are B2B wholesaler and the minimum order is USD $100 dollars.
Shipping Address
We cannot ship to PO Box. All ship to address must be a regular street numbered address. For internatinal customers needing the package to be delivered to a freight forwarder, please indicate your ID or account number with the freight forward.
Stolen or Lost Package
It is each customer's responsibility to be present at the site of destination to receive the package when the package is delivered. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen packages if no one is available to receive the package at the site of destination when the package is delivered.
In the event if lost/stolen package occurs, we will do our best to assist the customers to contact UPS or Postal Service and attempt to trace the whereabout of the package. Any remedy, if any, will be limited to what UPS or US Postal Service offers.
Do I need to have reseller's permit?
Since we are located in the state of California, State government requires us that customers from within the state of California should have valid reseller's permit. For out of California state customers, reseller's permit is optional but not required.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
If there is no problem with credit card processing (declined, etc), we usually process and ship out orders within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We have 2 shipping methods: UPS and US Priority Mail. For small packages we ship via priority. US priority mail takes an average of 3 business days to deliver across the United States. For larger parcels, we have to ship via UPS. Please refer to the following UPS ground map:

We are based in the Los Angeles area, California. Therefore, depending on which state, it may take 1 business day to 6 business days for UPS to deliver.
Holiday season rush altert! Please note, all parcel carriers will experience slight delay on delivery during major seasonal holidays such as Christmas. Please anticipate delay during holiday season and be sure to order in advance. A rule of thumb is to order 2 weeks prior to your actual needing the merchandises on and after the 3rd weekend in November.
Method of Payments
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Master, Discover, AMEX. We currently do not accept Paypal.
Wrong or defective items
We do not substitute. We send exactly what customers order. Or if something becomes unavailable, we will ask for customer's permission for alternative via email or phone call. Upon receiving your package, if any item is wrong or defective, please inform us immediately within 2 weeks from the date when the package is delivered. We will notify you the proper return procedure. We will either refund or credit towards next purchase.
Do you accept COD's?
COD (cash on delivery) is currently not accepted at this time.
Do you have printed catalog? Can you send a copy to me?
We don't have printed catalog. The product details are all posted on this website for customer access at any time. It is quick and convenient.
Do you drop ship?
No. We do business to business wholesale distribution only.
